As an associate interior designer at Charlap Hyman & Herrero, I served as the project lead for a couple’s two-story farmhouse in Upstate NY, and was responsible for assisting the Prinicpal designer in concept development and presentation to the clients, ordering all furnishings and managing custom pieces, working with the general contractor on renovations, and multiple phases of installation. This project featured many unique custom pieces, such as a tapestry over the fireplace by artist Sophie Stone, a king-size bed frame built based on the plans published by Enzo Mari, and a dining room mural by artist Lukas Geronimas.
The project was featured and published in T Magazine, the New York Times style magazine, and the article can be viewed here.
